Great for a snack or grab 2-3 for breakfast, a great balance of protein, carbs and fat.
Here goes the first post, and I'd like to say that I'm extremely exited to get this going. I'd like to start by addressing the first and foremost thing in weight loss. Eating.

There are hundreds of things that you can eat to help you lose weight. Frozen weight watcher meals to eating pure protein. Now I'm not going to lie to you these will work. That's right they will, but the real question is sustainability. You will lose weight.....initially, but because of returning to past habits and not being committed to change YOU WILL GAIN IT BACK.

If I could give everyone in the world one sentence of advice in regards to healthy eating, it is: "Do not eat crap."
